What is Positive Psychology?
Positive Psychology is the scientific study of what helps people thrive. It explores the strengths, habits and mindsets that allow individuals, relationships and communities to grow…even through challenge. Rather than focusing solely on what’s “wrong,” it asks: What makes life worth living and how can we build more of it?
